Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson has ushered in a new era! We have undergone renovations to create an open, warm space that will meet our guests where they are on their Toyota journey. Expanded Guest Service Lounge and Cafe

 

 
The all-new guest service lounge and care offers a destination for our guests. The lounge has a variety of seating types to cater to all waiting and working styles. The cafe serves up self-service coffee, pastries, a snack vending machine, and other beverages to enjoy. The lounge also includes a kids room and a quiet room to accommodate families that are waiting.

Our guests can now experience our new Toyota boutique, which showcases our Toyota Parts & Accessories with custom shelving and cabinets, providing a better shopping experience.
 

Dedicated Financial Center Lounge

At Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson, we understand the importance of customer comfort, which is why we’ve built our state-of-the-art Financial Center Lounge. While we are putting the finishing touches on your new Toyota, we will now have a dedicated space for you to relax and dream about the memories you will make with family & friends in your Toyota. It’s the Fletcher Jones Difference.

Car Wash Renovation

The Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson Car Wash has been completely updated with brand new car wash equipment to provide your Toyota with a car wash after each service visit.

Our commitment extends beyond our guests to our dedicated team members. We have added a dedicated executive conference room, training room, and additional break room. Our Sales Team now has 22 new, open sales desks and our Sales Managers Office has been updated to improve the flow of the office.

The Service Shop now features updated lighting, high-powered industrial fans, motorized overhead doors, and fresh paint, ensuring a more efficient and comfortable working environment for our skilled technicians. There are also new locker rooms and break rooms and improvements to the Service Drive to improve the workflow of the team.
