Meet Shadi Moghadam, Finance Director for Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson

Shadi’s Journey with Fletcher Jones

Shadi’s career with Fletcher Jones began in 2016 at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, Mercedes-Benz in Newport Beach as a Finance Assistant. Growing up, she idolized her father, who worked in the automotive industry and was a role model for his dedication and work ethic. Inspired by his career, Shadi realized after university the vast opportunities in the industry and chose to pursue her path with Fletcher Jones.

Her journey was shaped by the mentorship of Patricia Ballin-Korbler, the Finance Director at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, whom Shadi credits as a key influence in her development. Shadi advanced to Finance Manager and later transitioned to Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Administrator, gaining valuable experience in both the finance and sales sides of the business.

Her Vision for Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson

Shadi is enthusiastic about learning the Toyota brand and growing with the Carson team. “I’m very fortunate to be part of a dealership where the team is eager to learn and continue my own person growth as well,” Shadi says. She views her colleagues as family and looks forward to expanding that sense of community at Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson.
